This book is great story telling from the beginning to the end.I have a few books about Kartikeya and I am familiar with the stories but it was refreshing to read it in the language of Usha Narayanan. I loved the way she put forth the legends in the book. The stories are also linked in a very beautiful manner.I also loved the way Kartikeya has been portrayed in the book,not just as the God we are familiar with but also the human side of him. This is a great read for Indian mythology lovers.
