I am a huge fan of self help books and this one is a very unique and different one, so I readily agreed to review it.
This was my first read by Usha Narayanan and I am in awe of her writing. From her writing style, narrations, her knowledge of mythology to the amazing content of this book, I loved it all. I will surely be picking up more of her work.

When I first read the blurb of this book, I was immediately intrigued, because it seemed to take a unique approach to addressing women's issues (especially in India), by using tales from Indian mythology/historical fiction to provide practical solutions for modern women who want to assert themselves and reclaim their life in a largely patriarchal society.
